Soggy Disco Biscuit -- Volume 7

Well, September was a great month for the mixtape! It was played 1151 times and downloaded 632 times. I'm pretty stoked with that and I hope you're all enjoying the tunes. Like any good DJ, I'm happy to take requests so leave a comment if you want to hear a tune next month.


I've got a  cracker of a mixtape for you this month. I managed to get one of my all time favourite songs in there; "Music Sounds Better With You", and it's a really nice remix. A couple of older tracks, including a classic by Armand Van Helden before he became Ducksauce, a cool version of an old MJ groove, and Lemon Jelly remixing Atlantic Ocean's "Waterfall". What really stands out for me this month is this killer version of "Promised Land" by Findlay Brown. If you downloaded and watched "Pump Up The Volume", you'll understand how important the original version was at the time. And that Style Council version can piss off! This version is a stunner. Oh, and how cool are the Bag Raiders?
